Rates are per room and per night, including tax & American buffet breakfast.
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible, in order to benefit from the special conference rates.

** Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied.
** Alternatively please forward the required deposit (in Euro) by bank transfer.
Hotel Booking confirmation
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.
The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
Accommodation cancellation policy
All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Paragon Conventions.
Until 30 days prior to arrival - Full refund less handling fee of €25.
From 29-14 days prior to arrival - 1 night cancellation charge.
Cancellation received less than 13 days prior to arrival - no refunds
Note: Different payment and cancellation policies will apply for group accommodation bookings of 10 or more rooms.
