The deadline date for abstract submission is April 30th, 2012.

The Scientific Committee invites the submission of original abstracts for presentation.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author are required to register and pay to attend the conference.

Abstracts should be submitted via the on-line submission system; abstracts submitted by fax or email will not be accepted.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

Abstracts should be prepared according to the following guidelines and submitted via the on-line submission system:

Language: English.
Size: Up to 250 words in total
Title: Each word should begin with a capital letter except transition words

Please structure your abstract using the following headings:
* Background
* Objective
* Methods
* Results (if relevant)
* Conclusion 
 

After your abstract submittal you will be sent an automatic e-mail indicating a successful submission. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, it indicates that the submission did not succeed and you should re-submit your abstract. Submission of printed abstracts will not be accepted.

Important notice!

Tables must be created in the system directly and cannot be added as an attachment.
Each cell has to be copied into the system separately.

When copying text into the abstract form, please note the following:

Special characters will not be copied properly.
To insert special characters please use the "Insert Character" drop-down menu.

Text formatting is removed when copying the text.
To keep the formatting, please use the "Insert Formatting" drop-down menu as follows:

Choose "Line break" to continue the text in the next row.

Choose "New Paragraph" to continue the text after two rows.
Please use this instead of the "ENTER" button.

Choose the relevant line from the list in order to format your text with
the Bold/Italic/Underline options.

After entering the abstract title and text, click the "Preview" button at the bottom of the page to view the abstract with the final formatting.

Make any necessary changes.
